Getting Started
Before first use, wash the Iris with warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly.

Step 1 — Set Your Size
Rotate the sizing dial to match your nipple diameter (14, 16, 18, 20, or 22mm). If you're unsure of your size, start at 18mm and adjust from there.

Step 2 — Attach to Your Pump
Connect the Iris to your Spectra S1 or S2 pump using the Spectra adapter (sold separately).

Step 3 — Position on Breast
Center your nipple in the opening and gently press the flange against your breast to create a seal.

Step 4 — Begin Pumping
Start your pump. Adjust the sizing dial if needed until you have a comfortable seal with no air gaps.

Cleaning
Wash all parts in warm soapy water after each use. Dishwasher safe on top rack. Sterilize by boiling for 5 minutes before first use.
